We love Colorado Springs. Wait, did I say love…because that’s I mean…we love it!!! We travel to Colorado Springs, CO at least once a year if not more. We have dear friends there we stay with every time we go. Our Southwest flight is non-stop and usually a bargain of a deal when we fly out of Tulsa.

What we love about CO:

1. The weather! The absence of humidity and cooler temperatures make it one of our favorite places to travel.
2. There are no bugs.
3. You can sit outside and eat at every restaurant you go to and not sweat to death.
4. Just going to Walmart is a treat because of the gorgeous mountain views.

• We always have to buy chapstick. We bring it, we lose it, we buy more.
• As many times as we’ve been to CO, we have never skied.
• We’ve gone to the Garden of Gods every single trip.
• We eat at the same restaurants every time, Snooze, Crave Burgers and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
• We purchase new CO shirts for the family each time.
• Maneuvering a stroller on crazy rugged paths happens every. single. time.
